Founded by Dr. Milika Miller, a seasoned expert in parliamentary procedure and nonprofit administration, our organization is dedicated to empowering groups with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate meetings with confidence and clarity.

At Miller Rules of Order, our mission to empower organizations and individuals with the knowledge and understanding of parliamentary procedure which creates an environment for facilitating effective meetings and decision-making processes. We believe that effective governance is essential for the success of any group, whether it’s a nonprofit, community organization, or corporate entity. Team
Our Founder
Dr. Milika Miller
Milika Miller is a lifelong resident of Milwaukee, WI with over 20 years of experience in nonprofit administration. A dedicated advocate for nonprofit organizations, she has actively served on numerous boards, beginning her journey at the young age of twenty.
Dr. Miller is recognized for her expertise in parliamentary education, having provided workshops and guidance on various topics, including bylaws review and parliamentary procedures, to multiple organizations. She became a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians in 2023.
In addition to her parliamentary work, Dr. Miller oversees the internal operations of a major nonprofit philanthropic organization, where she continues to make a significant impact in her community. Her commitment to service and leadership in the nonprofit sector is evident in her work and the positive influence she has on those around her.
She holds a PhD in Urban Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, complementing her academic credentials that include a Master of Public Administration from UW-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Marquette University.
